If you would like to attend – send  the preliminary title of your talk, copy of passport and filled registration form (see applied file) till 01.06 to the LOC (igor.panov@itep.ru )
For visa arrangements we need  your full name, nationality, copy of the passport,
place of work (affiliation) with address and the position, contact data (Email, tel., fax )

If you need a formal invitation letter please supply us with your fax number,  postal address, and with details that need to be included into the letter

The final program, arrival details and hotel possibilities will be explained in the next letter.
